Commercial Litigation Associate / Senior Associate

We are working with a highly regarded London litigation practice that is seeking to appoint both an Associate (1–4 years' PQE) and a Senior Associate (5–8 years' PQE) to support the continued growth of its market-leading disputes team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected litigation practice renowned for handling complex, high-value and often international disputes. The team advises a diverse client base, including corporates, financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, insolvency practitioners and international businesses across a broad range of contentious matters.

The Role

Successful candidates will work on a varied caseload encompassing:

• Commercial litigation

• Civil fraud and asset tracing

• Internal and regulatory investigations

• Shareholder and contractual disputes

• International and cross-border disputes

• Urgent injunctive relief and enforcement matters

You will work closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated matters, often involving multiple jurisdictions and significant strategic considerations.

Candidate Requirements

Applications are welcomed from lawyers who:

• Have between 1–4 years' PQE (Associate level) or 5–8 years' PQE (Senior Associate level)

• Have gained experience within a recognised disputes practice

• Possess strong technical and analytical skills

• Demonstrate excellent drafting and client management abilities

• Have experience of complex commercial litigation matters

• Experience of civil fraud, investigations or international disputes would be advantageous, although not essential
