Maintenance Team Leader

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer with leadership experience? Looking for an opportunity to take ownership, develop a team, and drive engineering performance within a busy manufacturing environment and work on a Days shift, Monday to Friday?\n\nWe are recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a maintenance function, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and leading a team of engineers to deliver outstanding results.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Lead, coach and support a team of maintenance engineers.\n\n * Coordinate daily maintenance activities and planned maintenance schedules.\n\n * Provide hands-on support with breakdowns, fault finding and repairs.\n\n * Drive improvements in reliability, downtime reduction and asset performance.\n\n * Manage engineering spares, contractors and supplier relationships.\n\n * Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects.\n\n * Monitor and improve key KPIs including MTTR and MTBF.\n\n * Work closely with production and operational teams to maintain performance.\n\nAbout You\n\n * Engineering maintenance experience gained within a manufacturing environment.\n\n * Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience.\n\n * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Continuous improvement mindset.\n\n * Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop others.\n\n * Engineering qualification essential.
